Description   The stock lifting points on the Elise and Exige are very dangerous to use with a lift! The rear jacking point is at the front/rear center of balance. Cars can and have fallen off lifts using the stock lifting points! Our Lift Post kit provides an easy way to lift a Lotus safely for service while still accessing everything. Adding 2 lift posts bolted very securely at the end of the frame rails using existing holes i.e. no drilling required. They can be left installed for the next time you need to service your car. Stock lift points used for a floor jack We have 3 Elises and all of them have the Lift Post kit. A must-have for a car that will see a lift for maintenance. Constructed of 6061 Aluminum.
