5 of 5 BWR Evora Penskes October 11, 2022
Reviewer: Chris M.
BWR Penskes: I really can't praise these enough. The valving is really good straight away, both on the softer 550/800 springs and now 700/1100. I drive the car to events that are nearby, and I still enjoy driving on the street even now. The range of adjustment is huge, as well as really having a noticeable change even with just a couple clicks of adjustment. The rebound adjusters are easy to get to for quick changes between autocross runs, without needing to jack the car up. The compression adjusters are up at the top of the shock so the easiest way to get to those is with the car jacked up - or you can get to the fronts just by turning the wheel to full lock. I've had these on the car for several events (autocross and track) as well as putting around 3000 street miles on them and I haven't found anything yet to gripe about. Fred has been great to work with and has a wealth of knowledge from his own experience that has gone into these. I've owned or driven on most of the high end dampers out there - Ohlins TTX, Motons, MCS, JRZ, Tractive, AST, Nitrons, etc. I would put these at the very top of the list from my experience so far.
