Lotus 111 platform - Elise/Exige specific design. The 6UL 111 wheelset is the lightest matched monoblock wheelset in the world. Because of the wide front caliper profile, an entirely new casting tool was developed for the front wheel. 15"x8" front is only 12.6lbs and the super wide 17x9" rear is only 15.8lbs!

We determined custom offsets for both front and rear for clearance while preserving the motion ratio and thus roll couple bias of the 111 chassis. We can now run 1.5" wider wheels front and rear that look great, fit well, and add tons of grip.

This is our favorite wheel and tire combination we've been using for years with our custom 3 piece wheels for years. The stock 16" front has terrible tire selection. The 15" front is lighter, provides better geometry, and far more performance tire options.

NASA and SCCA have ignited a tire war in the "Super 200" tires. These are 200 treadwear tires required by these sanctioning bodies for street tires. The result is a large selection of super fast Street/Track performance tires that wear really well. These tires are FASTER and wear far better than 60 treadwear Yokohama a048s that came on the Lotus with the sportpack(LSS).

For front 225/45R15 adds a ton of front tire while dropping the front a few millimeters for better turn in. The rear either 245 or 255/40R17. 9" meats on the back of the car looks fantastic and sticks like crazy. We currently run 225/255 Hankook RS-4, which is only a $600 set of tires that are great on the street or track. Bridgestone RE-71R, BFG Rival S, Hankook, and Continental all great options.

Of course, Hoosiers fit too!

They feature dual valve stems so you can do a nitrogen purge without special equipment.

Hubcentric Rings: Hubcentric rings are not necessary but they make it easier to mount and center the wheels. They are made from aircraft grade T-7500 aluminum. We had to do much smaller batch for the Lotus fitment so they are more expensive than we would like, but still an excellent product! These are $9 each sold in sets of 4.

Valves: Plain rubber valves will work fine, however, for higher quality that doesn't degrade in the sun and a better look, we have Alloy Valves and caps. As these wheels have 2 valves per wheel to Nitrogen purge, you will need 8. Sold in sets of 8 in 3 colors. Red, Black, and Silver. $4.25 each.

Studs: Our Standard and forged studs make it easier handle wheels swaps. The stud sets come with your choice of black or silver steel lugs. Standard studs are silver and Forged are black. Sold in sets of 16

Aluminum Lugs: Tough enough for the impact gun but half the weight of steel. These use 19mm Hex which is stronger than 17mm. Available in Red, Black, and Silver. $3.75 each sold in sets of 16.
