Don't worry about installing it yourself and don't bother talking off the clam. If a hack like me can install it, pretty much anyone who can turn a wrench can handle the job. The performance is amazing. I can't wait until the next autoX and HPDE. Thank you BWR.

If you are contemplating the purchase of BWR SC as a due it yourself install, GO FOR IT!!!. Yes, you need to be somewhat mechanical, have a decent set of metric tools, but with the help of friend and the ability to read and follow instructions, it is straight forward to install. Mine was completed over a very relaxed 4 days, maybe 4 t0 6 hours a day. There was no need to rush since we had to wait for the turn around on the ECU, All work was done with rear clam on, and every part fit perfectly, instructions,pictures and help if needed just a phone call away. And best of all, no extra parts left over after completion. The only thing left out of the kit is towel to wipe the shit eating grin off your face after the first test drive. Great product-Great company. ART

I can sum my review up with just one word: WOW! The BWR SC kit absolutely transformed my 2005 Elise. The power is linear and available from the moment you step on the gas till red-line. With the ECU reflash you can barely sense the 2nd cam shift point (which now kicks in just before 5,000 rpm's), it's that smooth. The install looks OEM, she idles perfectly, and when on boost the supercharger is surprisingly quiet. The whistle is audible, but nothing like what I've heard in the exige S or cup cars (especially at the track). Since 80% of my driving is on the street, I considered this an unexpected bonus. Wow, wow, and more WOW! My 06' Exige has not given me the heart racing sweaty palms effect for a long time. This car is a beast now. Cant wait to get to the track! &return&&newline&Thanks to BWR and Jim C for the seamless install!

Installed this myself. As soon as I got the kit in the mail I shipped out my ECU. Had it back in 2 days just as I was finishing up the install. BWR was super responsive to all my questions. Instructions with high res photos make it a breeze to install. Car started right up and runs amazing. Smooth idle, tons of power. I've had my 06' Exige for 2 years and I feel like I just bought a new car. No more down shifting from 6th when you're looking to pass people on the highway. Can't wait to get it on track! Even if you don't own a Lotus buy one and put it on your coffee table, it's a work of art ;)
